While there are some websites that offer an online PC check for viruses and spyware in a matter of minutes, it is not possible to run an effective health check in such a short period of time. If you have ever run a virus scan you know how long it takes, and that is just part of what we do.

We have some amazing software that allows you to share your screen with our support staff. This connection is done via your internet connection and is completely private and secure.  To begin your computer health check simply fill in the information below and click the button.

Each zuuAssist Computer Health Check is completed by one of our qualified technicians and should not require your involvement (you can however watch the full process live on your screen if you wish) and reports on viruses and spyware/trojans as well as the overall health of your computer. You remain in full control of access to your computer and can terminate our technician's access at any time.

After the check has been completed you, will be emailed a report outlining the results of your Computer Health Check.
