We have some amazing software that allows you to share your screen with our support staff. This connection is done via your internet connection and is completely private and secure.
Initially the technicians will only be able to text chat (Instant Message) with you until you decide to commence the session. At that point you are able to watch what they're doing, text chat with the support staff and terminate the remote session any time you wish.
